El Kawser

The district has actively been built up and developed since 2003.

This is a new residential neighbourhood of Hurghada. It borders Mubarak 2 on the north side. On the east side, it borders Mohammed Abd Ek Razek St.  From the south side it borders Mubarak 6 and finally from the west side it borders the highway to the airport. El Kawser is 1 to 1.5 km from the sea.

Many foreigners buy property here. Egyptians who live here often rent an apartment in El Kawser and work in local hotels.   El Kawser has a bowling centre, a nightclub, a few coffee shops and Sindbad Aquapark is situated nearby.

In 2009, a well known supermarket chain 'Metro' opened up here. There are also car showrooms, hairdressers, a private hospital, a pharmacy and laundry facilities.

Every year. El Kawser is becoming more comfortable and homely and attracts property buyers to Hurghada. In this area you can find - residential complexes with landscaped courtyards, gardens and swimming pools. One of the best complexes in this area is a residential complex full of British people.   They have both luxury studios and apartments overlooking a pool for sale.
