Nuwaybi
Nuweiba (also known as Nuwaybi) is a resort area on the Sinai Peninsula, on the shore of the Gulf of Aqaba, Red Sea. It is 200 km north east of Sharm El-Sheikh.
It is an excellent place for diving. It has fantastic sandy beaches and beautiful coral seas.
There are a number of representative hotels in Nuweiba; Hilton, etc. However, this small town is not as popular with tourists as Sharm El-Sheikh. Perhaps, one day it will be become as popular as Sharm El Sheikh and other well known resorts on the Red Sea,
To sum it up, Nuweiba is a quiet, unassuming resort, mainly for family holidays.
Israel, the Coloured Canyon and Jordan - which is just a short ferry's journey away, are all within close proximiity. Tourists often take up the opportunity of visiting Jordan whilst here, and enjoy the many attractions it has to offer.
