El Cayadat

El Kayadat - (El Kaedat) is a small area located in the eastern (coastal)  district of Dahar, Hurghada. It is close to the sea and therefore benefits from great sea views.  You can clearly see Shedvan Island from here.

Residents are of mixed nationalities and include;  Egyptians, Germans, British, and Russian. The area is popular with divers and there are many thriving diving centres here.

Leisure time revolves around spending time in local coffee shops and restaurants along  El Cornish. You can also find discos in the local hotels.  The most famous one being Sand Beach Disco.

There is a small grocery shop here.
