El Wafa is part of Dahar. It is located on the the main street - Östad which connects with Nasser Street. Here you can find the State Notary Service for Hurghada.
In the adjoining area next to the sea, you can find many expatriates living here. Property tends to be mainly apartments and studios. This area also hosts some excellent hotels including Beirut Hotel, King Tut Hotel, Hilton Plaza, Dolphin Hotel, etc.
It is also home to largest urban beach in Hurghada.
