Moubarak-6
Mubarak 6 is an extremely well known area, situated only 5 minutes from Hurghada International Airport and next to Magawish Village.
It is a select area comprising mainly of villas - nearly all with very large gardens, and villas which have been converted into apartments. Quite a few businesses have set up here, utilizing the villas for office space, etc. It has its own nursery here – Nemo Kindergarten, which we understand is popular with European clients.
Mubarak 6 tends to attract European people and more affluent Egyptian people. During summer time, it is almost impossible to find a villa for rent, as families from Cairo and other parts of Egypt, book the villa for a period of 3 months for the summer holidays with the children.
Mubarak 6 has a few small shops to service every day basics, but one needs to go downtown (10 minutes drive) or to Senzo Mall to get a weekly food shop or anything else that you require. Senzo Mall is approximately 10-15 minutes by car and boasts to be the largest shopping mall in the Red Sea area. It has many designer shops, restaurants, a cinema, an indoor children's play area and 'Spinneys – the largest food hypermarket in the area'.
The Golden Mile is also close by and has a wide pedestrianised area that is great for a quiet leisurely walk by your-self or with loved ones. Although the Golden Mile has a host of luxurious hotels, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and nightclubs, it is possible to having a relaxing time, due to the wide nature of the street and lack of traffic.
'Sugarworld' and 'Istanbul restaurant' are also nearby.. Santa Maria Public Beach No 7. is the closest beach to Mubarak 6, and you are only 10 minutes drive from all the main beaches in Hadaba.
