Moubarak-7
Mubarak 7
Mubarak 7 is a newly built compound of villas, situated to the north of Hurghada. Its construction started in 2006. It is an extremely sought after luxurious area, that benefits from having its own private beach.
All properties in this area are three storey villas and have wonderful views of the Red Sea and some are fortunate enough to benefit from stunning mountain views as well. Typically, they are built on 500 square metres of land.
It is approximately 7 kilometres away from downtown Hurghada, which can be accessed by private car, taxi or a local bus. Downtown Hurghada has every imaginable shop, restaurant, coffee shop, bar or nightclub you could want. Mubarak 7 is a quiet area, but with everything on your doorstep.
The well known luxurious resort of El Gouna is also only 20km away, approximately 20 minutes by car, taxi or El Gouna bus. It hosts a wonderful marina with many restaurants and boutique shops, a cinema, tennis courts, go-karting and an 18 hole championship golf course.
On a final note, Mubarak 7 is approximately 15 minutes from Hurghada International Airport, making it accessible for long term international residents, business people working in other parts of Egypt and tourists.
