Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Organizes Saudi-Egyptian Investment Forum

Saudi (Jeddah) - Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize a two-day Forum on '' Saudi-Egyptian Investment Cooperation,'' here, starting its deliberations on January 22.

It will be held, under the theme of ''Partnerships for the Development of Wealth,'' at the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah. Saudi Minister of Commerce and Industry, Abdullah Ahmad Zaynal Ali Reza and his Egyptian counterpart Rashid Mohamed Rashid will attend the Forum.

The Forum is being convened in cooperation with the Council of Saudi Chambers; the Saudi-Egyptian Business Council; Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and the General Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce.

Jeddah Chamber's President Saleh Kamel said that the forum is the largest gathering of decision-makers, businessmen and investors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

He noted that the Forum would be a fine channel to identify investment opportunities and share experiences and to provide appropriate opportunities to present initiatives, ''Moreover, it will also facilitate signing of Agreements and bolstering cooperation.'' (SPA)
