Egypt's presidential candidate and former chief of the Arab League, Amr Moussa, began his electoral campaign in the Egyptian delta governorate Gharbia early yesterday.Moussa was received with a warm reception by the Gharbia resistance. He started his tour in Gharbia by visiting Kafr Zayat city. He prayed in the Grand Mosque with residents.
After praying, Moussa gave a speech for prayers. He said he realizes the suffering of the rural residents. He said he has teams of experts studying rural problems to solve them all.
Egyptians expect a lot from the upcoming president. The January 25 Revolution erupted in order to regain Egyptian dignity and honor, Moussa said.
The residents of Gharbia chanted slogans supporting Moussa; they liked his detailed predictins and promises of future for Egypt.
Egypt needs a national experienced character during this phase, they said.
